Depending on the size of the facility, and the current embedded IT systems, an audit typically lasts from one to two weeks. During an audit, our team will interview staff, observe care being delivered, and review policies and procedures. We also review your assessment and care planning tools, aligning them with the previous 3 months of progress notes to identify incongruities.
A report is then provided, detailing any areas of non-compliance and outlining recommended actions to be taken in order to rectify these.
